Penny Homes has been creating environments and building quality homes since 1998.
Recently Penny Homes has moved into the Christchurch area to be involved with the rebuild. The company is also producing Designer Land and Home Packages in Wellington and Taupo and can build almost anywhere surrounding the Central North.
Managing Directors John and Kellie Penny are very passionate about the building industry and have built up a team of staff to support their vision of producing quality homes while growing the business.
Penny Homes has established itself in all facets of the building industry, from creating unique land and home packages to residential design and build, redevelopment sites, commercial projects and multi-unit developments and have the capacity and resources to design, construct and manage any given project. With the recent expansion to Christchurch the company is excited to be part of the Re-build developments in the area.

We have collected many accolades from Registered Master Builders, including several Gold Awards, Gold Reserve Awards and the entitlement to line up with New Zealand's best at the National House of the Year Finals.
The company won a National Award at the 2009 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards and had 2 more homes lining up at the 2010 National Finals.
With a team of architectural designers using the latest in computer-aided design technology they produce innovative site plans, concepts, design sketches, floor plans and elevations making it easy for clients to visualise the concept.

Our Commitment to You:
We have approximately 60 predesigned plans which you can choose from and modify if required, or we can design a plan specifically for you on your site. All our homes are a complete ‘turn-key' solution, right down to the interior design service, floor coverings and landscaping. We have excellent flexibility and are able to fit any thrifty family budget while still delivering a high quality home.
